Glass Fusing Parties
Mearns ArtHouse - Glass Fusing Private PartiesA fun and unique party idea suitable from age 6 years and up!Child friendly and suitable for complete beginners.A great idea for birthday parties, hen parties, a team building activity or a family & friends get-together. You can also request additional time (when available) if would like to bring along party food and drinks (£15 - 1hour).
The minimum booking for a private party is 8 participants - maximum is 12.

Candle Shade - £22pp
Suitable for age 11years - adult
Duration 1hour 45mins.
  
Make a S bend standing candle shade - beautiful when lit up with a T-Lite or placed on a sunny windowsill.
Using 2 layers of pre-cut clear glass, add your choice of colours from a huge choice of glass powders, glass frit and stringers, you may also cut smaller pieces of glass to create your design.
Once the glass has been fired, (these projects require 2 firings) your art will be ready to collect 1 week later.

Drape T-lite Holder - £19ppSuitable for age 9 years - adult. Duration 1hour 30mins. 
This drape project can be used a T-lite holder or a little dish for bits n bobs.Using 1 layers of pre-cut clear glass, add your choice of colours from a huge
choice of crushed glass frit, stringers and beads.
Once the glass has been fired, (these projects require 2 firings) your art will be ready to collect 1 week later.
Framed Mirror - £20pp
Suitable for age 9 years - adult. Duration 1hour 30mins.
Using a pre-fired clear glass frame (no sharp edges), begin by planning/drawing your design. Then add your choice of colours from a huge
choice of crushed glass frit, beads and stringers.
Once the glass has been fired, your frame will have a mirror fixed to the reverse. Your art will be ready to collect 1 week later. T-lite Holder - £18ppSuitable for age 9 years - adult. Duration 1hour 30mins. 
Using
2 layers of pre-cut clear glass, add your choice of colours from a huge
choice of glass powders, crushed glass frit, beads and stringers. Your design will be fired, then attached to a glass cube T-lite holder. Your glass art will be ready to collect 1 week later.
Fused Glass Hanger - £15ppSuitable for age 6 years - adult. Duration 1hour 15 mins.
Make your own unique fused glass hanger with your choice of colour and design.
The clear glass base is pre-cut with holes drilled at the top ready decorate.
Begin by planning/drawing your design, then decorate your hanger base with your choice of colourful glass frits (crushed glass) , stringers and small glass pieces.
Your art will be fired and ready to collect 1 week later.
