Powertex is a universal medium which was developed as a fabric hardener.  It can be combined with plaster, wood and paper, then coloured using special pigment powders.  A variety of embelishments can also be used to further decorate your chosen project.

Bottle Dressing- £20

Wednesday 21st March - 7pm - 9pm

Two hour workshop in which you will decorate a bottle (empty or full) by draping and manipulating fabric.  Then when dry, adding colour using special pigment powders.  Please bring a bottle along with you - all other materials will be provided.

Decorated Box - £20

Wed 14th March - 7pm - 9pm

You can decorate your box to a theme such as Wedding, Special Birthday, Keepsakes, Baby Box.  Using fabric, Powertex, pigment powders and a variety of embelishments.  All materials are included.


Fabric Brooch or Fridge Magnet - £20

Wed 7th March - 7pm - 9pm

Create a brooch or magnet using fabric, yarns and ribbon with Powertex.  These projects can be very intricate or more free flowing pieces.  You can use plaster faces, flowers, and wooden letters to create your design.  Then when dry,  colour with pigment powders.  All materials are included.
